Satay

We went out for supper after school tonight. We rode the bus FOREVER, and finally made it the the area we wanted to be at. Then, we walked around and saw some pretty cool statues.
The first statue is made up of different people forming a large tree. The second statue has scenes all the way around the base. The last picture is one of the scenes. It was really neat.
After that, we went down by the river and had part one of dinner...sandwiches. It was very relaxing, and there was a nice breeze. The skyline is a lot different in that part of the city, very tall corporate buildings, not government housing.
Then, we headed back to the Hawker for satay. Bandy ordered us a large platter with prawn, chicken, and beef. It got to help
This is prawn...yummy huh? Can I actually eat it? Yes! I did it!
