Wetland Reserve Pictures

Last weekend I went to the Wetland reserve on the north part of the island. It was amazing! It was so quiet, except for the bugs, and you could see nature, not concrete. Here are some pictures from that visit.

Looking back towards the city. It was an amazing view. We were watching for them, but unfortunatly, we didn't see any :(

This reminded me a lot of home.....trees, water, no people! It was great!

Here was our first glimpse of a giant monitor.

And then it got out of the water and crossed right in front of us! It was pretty big. I'd say at least 5 feet long! We were happy, that's what we'd come to see.
